Privacy Policy
1. The essentials first
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and no analytics services. Fonts and map images are served from our own hosting; simply visiting the site transfers no data to Google or other third-party providers. We only process personal data that you actively provide — for example via the inquiry form.
2. Controller

3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When pages are accessed, the host processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type, operating system, referrer URL) in server log files. This processing is required for the secure and stable operation of the website; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
4. Inquiry form and contact
If you contact us via the inquiry form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (name, contact data, description of your request, any attached drawings or photos) solely to handle your inquiry and possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
To protect against automated spam submissions, the form uses an invisible control field and a timing check. No cookies are set and no data is transferred to third parties in the process.
5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent once given can be revoked informally at any time; the lawfulness of processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — for Hesse, Germany: the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
6. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption throughout (visible from the padlock symbol in your browser). Data you send via the form is protected from interception in transit.
7. Objection to advertising emails
We object to the use of the contact details published in the imprint for sending unsolicited advertising. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam emails.
