Porsche Gearbox Rebuild
Rebuild and restoration of classic Porsche gearboxes – 901, 915, 930, G50. Set up with original factory tooling, test-bench run, photo documentation.
Limited-Slip Differentials
Clutch-type limited-slip differential on the ZF principle for Porsche 901 to G50. Locking value 25–75 %, CrMo steel, homologation-ready, direct swap.
Drive Shafts & Stub Axles
Drive shafts, half shafts and stub axles in any length – machined from a single billet, heat-treated, with any spline profile. Made to drawing or sample.
Gears & Splines
Spur and helical gears, special tooth profiles, sprockets, splined shafts – one-offs and small series on our own gear-cutting machines, up to 500 mm.
Motorsport Gear Sets
Homologation-ready gear sets and ring-and-pinion sets for historic motorsport. 8:35 final drive for the Porsche 915 gearbox, ground to 0.0025 mm.
Prototypes & First Samples
Prototypes, first samples and small series for the automotive industry and mechanical engineering – turned and gear-cut parts from batch size 1.
Reproduction Parts
Discontinued gearbox and drivetrain parts reproduced – from drawing creation to the finished, heat-treated part. One workshop, including one-offs.
