What we do
CNC turning up to 500 mm over bed and 1000 mm length (workpiece weight up to 500 kg between centres), conventional turning on the Matra up to 600 mm diameter and 1800 mm length. Plus drilling up to 50 mm and sawing round stock up to 300 mm.
What it gives you
One point of contact
turned part and subsequent gear cutting happen in the same building — no interfaces, no idle time.Batch size 1 without drama
the workshop is set up for one-offs, not converted from series work.Large parts
1800 mm turning length takes the long shafts small workshops have to turn away.
Typical problems this solves
- A turned part is needed but every series supplier demands minimum quantities
- The shaft is too long for the usual workshop lathe
- Turning and gear cutting should come from one supplier, not two
