What we do
After every rebuild the gearbox runs on the test bench: every gear is shifted, the running of the final drive is assessed, sealing and noise are checked. Only then is it packed and shipped.
What it gives you
No blind installation
you install a proven gearbox — not an assembled one making its first meters in your car.Early fault detection
an incorrectly seating ring and pinion shows up on the bench, not after 500 km.Documentation
the run is part of the rebuild’s photo and measurement records.
Typical problems this solves
- A gearbox bought as “overhauled” that howls from the first kilometre
- Installation in tight engine bays is expensive; a second removal doubly so
- Overseas customers need certainty before the gearbox travels around the world
